Home-made dumplings with meat

Preparation recipes

Put frozen dumplings into boiling water, salted to one’s liking (water / semimanufactured product ratio is 4:1). Boil for 7-10 min on rising to the surface. Serve ready-made dumplings with various souces.

Ingredients

Dough 60%  (wheat flour, drinking water, egg mass, salt), meat stuffing 40% (pork  44%,  beef  25%,  chicken 15% ,  onions, salt, pepper, seasoning).
