Dumplings with potatoes

Preparation recipes

Drop 500 g of dumplings into 2l of boiling salted water (stir them so that they are separate) and cook for about 7-10 minutes (after they have risen to the surface). Boiled dumplings serve  with various souces.

Ingredients

Dough 60%  (wheat flour, drinking water, egg mass, salt), potato stuffing 40% (potatoes 87 % , onions, salt, seasoning, vegetable oil).
