Chebureks are defrosted. Then they are fried in a heated fat unit appearance of a yellowish colour.

Dough 60% (wheat flour, drinking water, kefir, vegetable oil, salt, sugar, egg mass), meat stuffing 40% (pork 25%, chicken 17%, beef 8%, onions, salt, pepper, seasoning).
